Shipping and Delivery Policy:
* The order will be sent after the order value is entered into Al-Sinan Oud and Oriental Perfumes' account.
* The site also reserves the right to cancel the order in the event of an error, such as an incorrect price, out-of-stock items, or suspicion of fraudulent orders.
* Al-Sinan Oud and Oriental Perfumes reserves the right to verify the identity of the order holder or contact them directly in the event of any information errors, without incurring any additional fees.
* If the customer cancels the order before providing the shipment number, the full amount will be refunded before the shipment is dispatched or after the customer resends it.
* The customer will bear the basic shipping cost of 42 riyals for exchanges and returns, which will be deducted from the total amount, unless there is a defect or manufacturing defect.
* The customer will be provided with a tracking number upon dispatch.
* Orders will be shipped within 2-8 business days once the order is processed. In some cases, shipping may take longer than the number of days specified for international shipping by the carrier.
*The shipping company bears full responsibility for any shipment delayed or damaged due to the shipping company's negligence.
*The shipment will be delivered to the customer's home or the nearest shipping company branch.
