Shipping
At Al-Sinan Perfumes and Natural Honey, we offer shipping and transportation services through SMSA, which delivers your shipments throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
We are pleased to offer free delivery for orders over 100 riyals. For orders under 100 riyals, the delivery fee is 15 riyals. The shipping company will contact you to arrange for the product pickup. The shipping process takes between 3 and 10 days. The shipping company provides delivery to most cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If you live outside the shipping company's urban area, you will need to pick up your order from the nearest Aramex office.
Exchange
If you are dissatisfied with the product due to a defect or if you received a different product than your order, all you have to do is call or send a WhatsApp message to customer service at 0096540439309.
Within 3 days of receiving your complaint, customer service will contact you to provide you with the exchange mechanism. Al-Sinan Perfumes will cover the shipping costs if the product is defective or if the product received is different from your order.
If you are not satisfied with the product and would like to exchange it, all you have to do is call or send a WhatsApp message to customer service at 0096540439309. You have the right to request an exchange within 15 days from the date of purchase. The exchange process takes 7 working days, in addition to a 34 riyal delivery fee. If you pay cash on delivery, the delivery fee is 45 riyals. Once an exchange has been completed, you are not entitled to request a return for the same order.
Returns
If the product is defective, all you have to do is call or send a WhatsApp message to customer service at 0096540439309.
Al-Sinan Perfumes will cover the shipping costs or refund the full value of the product.
If the product is in good condition and you are not satisfied, and you want a refund, you have the right to request a return within 15 days from the date of purchase. The return process takes 10 business days, in addition to a 34 riyal delivery fee.
There are no refunds for orders paid through the Tamara installment service after shipment. Only a replacement of the same or higher value product will be accepted.
If an order is refused through the Tamara installment service after shipment, the shipping costs and Tamara's percentage will be deducted.
